You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Pricing is subject to change with notice. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. Failure to maintain sufficient credits may result in the suspension of automated services.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tona and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
